Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology

Dr Ansari is the founder of Mind Matters Psychiatry LLC. She completed her psychiatry residency from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, NY (now Icahn School of Medicine) and participates in a variety of Continued Medical Education (CME activities) every year to keep her knowledge up-to-date. Dr Ansari has 10+ years of clinical experience to help guide you in the journey for your mental well being.

Melissa McCalister, APN

Meet Melissa McCalister, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Ms. McCalister strongly believes in providing comprehensive and patient-centered care to individuals with mental health needs. She is a proud graduate of UMDNJ-Rutgers University in Newark, NJ, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and Kean University in Union, NJ, where she completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). She then went to Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA to receive her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner board certification. Ms. McCalister’s philosophy is to empower and support patients in their journey toward optimal mental well-being.
She has expertise in treating the full range of psychiatric conditions and is devoted to developing treatment plans in collaboration with her patients.

Renay Opokuh, APN

Renay Opokuh is an accomplished and dedicated professional in the field of psychiatric-mental health nursing with several years of experience caring for clients with mental health issues along the life continuum.

Her Completion of both Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on psychiatric nursing at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) is a testament to her strong educational foundation in both general and specialized nursing practices.

Renay has experience providing intensive care treatments for mental health and provision of care for persons with acute care mental health needs and dual diagnoses.

Renay’s goal as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is to work with the client to help them achieve their optimal mental wellbeing. She is constantly improving her skills by keeping her knowledge, related to managing your mental health needs, up-to-date.
