Mind Matters Psychiatry accepts a variety of insurance plans. While we make every effort to keep this list current, insurance participation may change. We encourage all patients to contact our office to verify coverage prior to scheduling an appointment.
Please note: We do not accept Medicaid plans. Private pay patients are welcome.

If your insurance plan is not listed, please contact our office. We are frequently adding new plans and may still be able to assist you.
Private Pay Patients
We welcome private pay (self-pay) patients. If you prefer not to use insurance or if your plan is not accepted, please contact our office for current self-pay rates and payment options.
Medicare Patients
Mind Matters Psychiatry accepts Medicare for both in-person and telehealth services, when clinically appropriate.
Due to regulatory requirements:
- New Medicare patients must establish care with an in-person appointment.
- Medicare patients are required to have at least one in-person visit per year to continue care.
